Dodgeball Canada is committed to providing a sport and work environment in which all individuals are treated with respect and dignity. Each individual has the right to participate and work in an environment which promotes equal opportunities and prohibits discriminatory practices.

DC-POL-08 Dispute Resolution Policy
Dodgeball Canada aims to strengthen the transparency and accountability of its dispute resolution process, by clarifying the responsibilities of the players, coaches, board of directors and Disciplinary Committee. Resources used to develop this Policy can be referenced from the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada.

DC-POL-11 Inclusion Policy
The Organization believes that all individuals deserve respectful and inclusive environments for participation that value the individual’s gender identity and gender expression. The Organization wants to ensure that all participants have access to programming and facilities in which they feel comfortable and safe. The Organization is committed to implementing this policy in a fair and equitable manner.

Dodgeball Canada is committed to providing an environment in which all individuals are treated with respect. Dodgeball Canada supports equal opportunity and prohibits discriminatory practices. Individuals are expected to conduct themselves at all times in a manner consistent with Dodgeball Canada values that includes accountability, excellence, collaboration, intentionality, sustainability, integrity & respect.
